Exchange Policy:

  • If you receive a damaged product, we will exchange it within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • If the exact product is unavailable at the same price, you can select an alternative product from our store of equal value.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

  • Exchanges will only be processed for products damaged during shipping or having a manufacturing defect.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged due to misuse.

  • Products bought during a sale or promotional event.
